  Good cañón de cerveza. It is remarkable that almost no one here is drinking cider, so the "Sidrería" concept seems to be an aesthetic one, at least in the summer time.

  I also have to mention (again) the waiter, who is very effective in the Bilbaino way (with a sense of humor that I tend to be partial to) but who behaves as if he would have fallen in a pot full of cocaine and amphetamine at age 6 (an Obelix of hyperactivity).

  In summary, it's a nice bar. And a good solution if you want to diversify from rabas, seafood and serious fish here.

  I say this because a group of tourists in the next table were convinced by the hyperactive waiter that chuleta was the best option. I obviously don't blame the waiter because the mentioned group of tourists included a young girl with amazing chuleta-eating looks.

  We are not really hungry, after so many copious lunches and dinners in these 2013 holidays, so we stick to raciones, including pulpo a la gallega (quite decent), pimientos verdes fritos (commonplace in the area, always very nice) and an explosive full dish of chistorra frita that we order to satisfy the kids' instincts and that is enormous so we cannot really finish it. The ración de patatas fritas is also advisable and very good.

  Que sitio fabuloso....... Todos muy atentos, chuletón excelente, regado con una sidra buenisima........ Las alubias??????........ De calidad...... Todo rico, rico..... Buenos precios..... Lugar bonito, autentica sidrería con todas las cubas a la vista......... No tiene desperdicio. Recomendable

  A relatively safe place if you don't run the risk of ordering their supposedly acclaimed chuleta (they received some kind of prize last year, or so they claim) which comes with a hot stone that generates enough smoke to significantly reduce physical visibility.
